We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our BCG X Global Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition activities, including vacancy management, recruiting operations, and campus recruiting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle recruitment processes for various capabilities within the analytics function, including Interns, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other roles.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner, understanding business needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies, coordinating events, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job postings, and networking.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview process, providing competency-based assessments and recommendations to hiring panels.
- Coordinate internship programs, talent pipelines, and recruitment campaigns to drive improvements in time to hire.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through efficient process management.
- Bachelor's or master's degree with high academic achievement.
- Up to 5 years of work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in analytics consulting, professional services, or in-house recruitment.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and improvisation skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
