About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class recruiting services to meet the growing demand for talent in our region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Support and guide hiring managers in their recruitment needs, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the Southern European market, including Spain and France.
- Utilize research-based approaches to source top talent, leveraging data and insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans and drive business growth.
- Proactively develop a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs, ensuring a steady supply of top talent.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or German.
- Experience in hiring for the Southern European market, with a strong understanding of local recruitment trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
