Key Responsibilities- Hiring Process Development: Design and implement standardized hiring processes across different departments in the company, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent.
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, resume review, interview arrangements, and employment offers.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to identify top talent, and engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Job Advert Creation: Craft high-impact, creative job adverts that showcase our company's philosophy and values, and attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Process Improvement: Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of previous recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles.
- Skills: Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, experienced in interviewing and assessment methods, and deep knowledge of recruiting best practices.
- Language: Fluent English language, with Spanish a plus.
