Financial Manager

Laus Group Of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance department, ensuring compliance with tax reporting and payments, and handling finance-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and review financial statements and reports, checking journal vouchers, cash disbursement vouchers, debit/credit memos, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting and payments.
- Handle finance-related issues, including monitoring and reconciling accounts receivables/payables with operations and submitting financial reports as required.
- Monitor and manage bank loans and borrowed funds from affiliates.
- Maintain accountability for the company's cash management, including monitoring daily cash position, timely funding of bank accounts, maximizing fund utilization, and projections.
- Direct and organize all accounting activities and finance personnel.
- Prepare accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in general accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, accounting principles, systems, and procedures.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in accounting software(s) and MS Excel.
