Job Title: General Manager

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective service delivery and quality control
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, employees, and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in management and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
