About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract and Data Management Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our discount programs and private pricing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structures to be applied.
  • Create and execute data quality programs and audits to maintain standardization and accuracy.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, CRM tools, and other data management/BI systems.
  • Hands-on data mining and execute on projects to drive business growth.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of relevant professional experience with contracts and data entry.
  • Experience retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, CRM tools, and other BI systems.
  • Background in contract creation/review and contractual verbiage.
  • English expertise level written and spoken.
  • Verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
