About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Mygwork. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the IT/SaaS industry to identify potential clients and develop account plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Level decision-makers and influencers, understanding their business needs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Autodesk's solutions, demonstrating how they can accelerate business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Meet sales targets by managing opportunities, forecasting accurately, and delivering exceptional executive presentations and discovery workshops.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, License Compliance, and Technical Sales, to drive sales growth and market share.
Requirements
  • Native Swedish or Norwegian speaker with fluent English language skills.
  • Proven sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
