About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our EU Expansion Team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. - B76. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing existing sellers to better serve European Export customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and grow online sellers on Amazon's marketplace to expand their businesses through exporting to all European countries.
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help existing sellers succeed in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the consolidation of existing and development of new services.
  • Drive business and financial objectives, and maximize revenue generation across selected product families.
Requirements
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, e-commerce, product management, or sales management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and database analysis.
  • Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong business judgment and proven ability to influence others.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
