International Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an International Expansion Leader. As a key member of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our international business, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Expansion Strategy: Create a comprehensive expansion strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, and drive its execution across multiple regions and countries.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business models, processes, and technologies that drive growth and improve customer experience.
- Program Management: Own and lead the program management for all expansions, ensuring timely and successful launch of new markets and countries.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and external partners.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that our operations are set up to meet our promise to customers, measured by Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), and that all leading and lagging vendor metrics are met.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth and expansion.
- Program Management: Experience in program management, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive expansion strategies.
- Operational Excellence
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
