Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the expansion of Direct Fulfillment (DF) in the EU Emerging Stores (NL, PL, SE, BE and more). As a key member of the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling DF in EU Emerging Stores, managing vendor expansion and experience, and developing ambitious ramp-up plans. You will work closely with in-country Retail teams to deliver growth and develop high-value strategic initiatives across the EU Emerging regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve business, customer experience (CX), and vendor experience (VX) objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's DF business in EU Emerging stores.
  • Identify opportunities to improve access and scalability of DF for all vendors in NL, PL, SE, BE through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
  • Share and adopt learnings from global counterparts in other emerging country stores to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and actions to accelerate growth.
  • Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business (retail) and product teams to find scalable solutions to cross early adoption barriers.
