Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to drive the expansion of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) business in the EU Emerging Stores. As a key member of the Amazon Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling DF in these stores, while managing the ambiguity between in-country and central teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve objectives for Amazon's DF business in EU Emerging stores.
- Identify opportunities to improve access and scalability of DF for all vendors in NL, PL, SE, and BE through scalable solutions.
- Share and adopt learnings from global counterparts in other emerging country stores to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and vendor experience.
Requirements
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
