Responsibilities:- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the busy calendar of executives, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely updates.
- Team Event Coordination: Plan and execute team events, meetings, and conferences, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Travel Logistics: Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for executives and teams.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative tasks, such as expense report management, calendar management, and documentation.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and departments.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in coordinating travel logistics, calendar management, and expense report management for executives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Organizational Skills: Incredibly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
