**Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid**
The **Core Application Specialist** is responsible for:
- **Defining and Implementing Laboratory Workflow**: Develop and implement efficient laboratory workflows to improve productivity and quality.
- **Delivering Customer Training and Support**: Provide on-site training and coaching to customers on the use of laboratory applications.
- **Troubleshooting and Application Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laboratory applications, providing timely and effective support to customers.
- **Customer Support after TOR**: Provide ongoing support to customers after the implementation of laboratory applications.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Deliver customer track operator training on-site.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR.
- Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
**Requirements**
- Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.
- Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
- Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
