Position: Workflow Specialist
The Workflow Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing laboratory workflows, delivering customer operator training and coaching, and providing application support and troubleshooting. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
The Workflow Specialist will be responsible for:
- Delivering customer operator training on-site.
- Defining and implementing laboratory workflows.
- Providing application support and troubleshooting.
- Coaching and mentoring laboratory staff.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve laboratory operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
