**Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid**
The **Core Application Specialist** is responsible for:
• **Workflow Definition and Implementation**: Define and implement laboratory workflow.
• **Customer Operator Training and Coaching**: Deliver customer operator training and coaching, application support, and application troubleshooting till TOR.
• **Customer Support after TOR**: Deliver customer support after TOR.
• **Track Workflow Definition and Implementation**: Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
**Requirements**
• **Degree in Pharmacy / Biology / Chemistry / Health Sciences or Similar**: Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.
• **Proven Track Record**: Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
• **Strong Communication Skills**: Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
• **Technical Expertise**: Strong technical expertise for product line responsibility.
• **Analytical Skills**: Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software.
• **Troubleshooting Skills**: Troubleshooting skills.
