Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid
Primary Objective of Position
The Workflow Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing laboratory workflows, delivering customer operator training and coaching, and providing application support and troubleshooting.
Major Accountabilities
The Workflow Specialist will be responsible for:
- Delivering Customer Operator Training: The Workflow Specialist will deliver on-site training to customers on laboratory workflows and applications.
- Defining and Implementing Laboratory Workflows: The Workflow Specialist will work with customers to define and implement laboratory workflows that meet their specific needs.
- Providing Application Support and Troubleshooting: The Workflow Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers to ensure that they are able to use our applications effectively.
Education
The Workflow Specialist should have a degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or health sciences.
