Workflow Specialist

Primary Objective of Position

The Core Application Specialist is responsible for workflow definition and implementation, delivery of customer operator training and coaching, application support, application troubleshooting, and customer support after TOR.

Major Accountabilities

  1. Deliver Customer Training
  2. Travel Throughout Spain
  3. Implement Onestock
  4. Provide On-Site Support
  5. Customer Support After TOR
  6. Measure Success Through Customer Surveys
  7. Track Workflow Definition
  8. Follow-Up and Improve Key Customer Workflows

Education

Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.
