**Position:** Workflow Specialist - Madrid

**Primary Objective of Position**

The Core Application Specialist is responsible for:

• Defining and implementing laboratory workflow

• Delivering customer operator training and coaching

• Providing application support and troubleshooting

• Ensuring customer satisfaction after TOR

**Major Accountabilities**

• Deliver customer track operator training on-site

• Traveling throughout Spain (80% of time)

• Delivering Onestock implementation and operator training on-site

• Performing on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR

• Providing customer support after TOR

**Success Metrics**

Success in this role is measured by customer survey documents and track workflow definition and implementation.

**Requirements**

• Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar

• Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references

• Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff

• Strong communication skills

• Technical expert for product line responsibility

• Strong experience in the use of analytical tools and software

• Troubleshooting skills

**Impact of Position**

This role has a significant impact on defining and implementing laboratory workflow, delivering customer operator training and coaching, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
