Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid
**Primary Objective of Position**
• The Workflow Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing laboratory workflows, delivering customer operator training and coaching, application support, and application troubleshooting until the Transition of Responsibilities (TOR).
**Major Accountabilities**
• Deliver customer-facing training and coaching on laboratory workflows and applications.
• Travel throughout Spain (80% of time) to deliver on-site training and support.
• Implement and deliver Onestock training and coaching on-site.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and coaching until TOR.
• Provide customer support after TOR.
• Measure success through customer survey documents.
• Track and improve laboratory workflow definitions and implementations.
**Education and Background**
• Degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or health sciences or similar field.
• Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
• Strong communication and technical skills, with experience in analytical tools and software.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to engage with customers, specifically lab staff.
**Impact of Position**
• Define and implement laboratory workflows that meet customer needs.
• Deliver customer-facing training and coaching, application support, and troubleshooting until TOR.
