Job Summary
The Workflow Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing laboratory workflows, delivering customer operator training and coaching, application support, and troubleshooting until the Transition of Responsibilities (TOR). The position requires 80% of time traveling throughout Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer track operator training on-site.
- Define and implement laboratory workflow.
- Deliver Onestock implementation and operator training on-site.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching until TOR.
- Customer support after TOR.
- Success in this role is measured by customer survey document.
- Track workflow definition and implementation.
- Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
Requirements
Degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, health sciences, or similar.
Background
- Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
- Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical expert for product line responsibility.
- Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software.
- Troubleshooting skills.
Impact of Position
- Deliver customer operator training and coaching, application support, and troubleshooting until TOR.
