About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Italian market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth in the Italian market, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals, including recruiting, training, and developing sales talent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • International experience and fluency in English, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and culture.
