Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Field Sales Coordinator. This role will provide support to our Off Premise teams in events coordination and related administrative matters, ensuring efficiency within the department.
About You
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the Off Premise director, consolidating 360 projects in the department in terms of presentations, reporting, and budget tracking. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Off Premise director in preparing reports and presentations related to 360 projects and quarterly KPIs.
- Providing support to the Off Premise Director in consolidating business cases and budget updates throughout the year.
- Communicating deadlines for 360 projects to all Off Premise employees and consolidating corresponding deliverables.
- Harmonizing and communicating monthly Best Practices Newsletters for a greater impact among employees.
- Coordinating Off Premise events, including organizing team meetings and supervising travel arrangements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience involving sales coordination, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Experience in the FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior is also required. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and presenting skills, as well as strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
What We Offer
