Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day customer fulfilment and sales order management.
  • Coordinate with customers on availability, price, and deliveries, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales, Finance, and Supply teams in managing customer requests and expectations.
  • Collaborate with 3PL coordinators to ensure efficient logistics and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide control and reporting for internal auditors.

Requirements

  • At least two- or three-years' experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong EDI background and experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of service metrics, such as OTD, FR, and ST.
  • SOX's Controls experience, particularly in sales operations scope.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and coordinate tasks.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and organized.
  • Supportive and collaborative, with a strong team player mentality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Business English.
