Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German language speaker to join our customer service team as a Dyson Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and looking for solutions to issues with their orders or devices.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving problems with their machines.
  • In more complex cases, arrange a technician visit or send additional/spare parts directly to the clients.
  • Identify opportunities to discuss new and exciting products with clients, as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador by educating customers on Dyson Technology, demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.

Requirements

What skills & experience you'll bring to us?

  • Have a fluent level of written & spoken German.
  • Have a good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Be eligible to work in Spain.
  • Appreciate excellent customer service – no matter whether it's a call, email, or social media, we want to offer our customers the best possible experience.
  • Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Full-time position with a rotating schedule Monday - Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
