About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dyson Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant customer care team. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries, and resolving issues related to their orders or devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Analyse customer concerns and offer solutions using leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel.
  • In more complex cases, arrange technician visits or dispatch spare parts directly to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new and exciting products to enhance customer experience.
  • Educate customers on Dyson Technology and promote brand values as an ambassador.
Requirements
  • A fluent level of written and spoken French.
  • Good level of English for international communication.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience across channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
