Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Account Sales Executive, der sich auf die Digitalisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du dich auf die Beratung von mittelständischen Unternehmen in der verarbeitenden Industrie, dem Gesundheitswesen und der Energieversorgung konzentrieren.
Deine Aufgaben:- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme: Du baust den ersten Kontakt zu unseren potenziellen Kunden auf und verstehst dich zu vernetzen.
- Präsentation von Lösungen: Du präsentierst die Vorteile unserer B2B Plattform Unite souverän und zielführend auf Geschäftsführer- bzw. Einkaufsleiter-Ebene.
- Kundenberatung: Du analysierst die Anforderungen und begleitest auch die Fachabteilungen des Kunden bei der Einführung der Lösung.
- Win-Win-Strategien: Du denkst in digitalen Prozessen und kannst gezielt Optimierungsmöglichkeiten vorschlagen und diese mit dem Kunden umsetzen.
- Gesprächsführung: Du bist in der Lage, Gesprächsrunden zu moderieren und deine Ansprechpartner auf der jeweiligen Ebene mit den notwendigen Informationen bis zum Vertragsabschluss zu versorgen.
- Vertriebliches Know-How: Du bringst vielfältige Erfahrungen in der digitalen Beratung von erklärungsbedürftigen Dienstleistungen mit.
- Persönlichkeit: Als erfolgshungrige/r Hunter*in übergibst du neu gewonnene Kunden nach Einführung der Lösung gerne an unser CSM.
- Dialog auf Augenhöhe: Du kannst auf allen Ebenen sicher kommunizieren und positionierst dich schnell auf der (Geschäfts-) Leitungsebene als respektierte/r, verbindliche/r und kompetente/r Gesprächspartner*in.
- Technisches und analytisches Verständnis: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte und Produkte schnell erfassen, verarbeiten und verständlich erklären.
- Daten Affinität: Dir ist die Arbeit mit modernen CRM Systemen bestens vertraut.
