Business Development Executive

About This RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business by increasing revenue from existing clients and closing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and develop compelling proposals
- Work closely with our account management team to refine account plans and ensure successful sales outcomes
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify opportunities for thought leadership and sales growth
- Manage commercial relationships with clients, including regular communication and issue resolution
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategy consulting or business research
- Strong exposure to C-suite and senior decision-makers at multinational companies
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German)
- Interest in business development and sales, including awareness of sales cycles and funnels
- Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into ideas and plans
