About the Role

As a Business Development Representative for Panasonic, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HVAC industry. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers
  • Provide training and support to installers and consultants on Panasonic's products and solutions
  • Monitor project pipeline and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and minimize risks
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HVAC industry trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks effectively
Additional Responsibilities
  • Be cost-effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department
  • Proactively seek to reduce costs through efficiency and automation
  • Comply with Panasonic's policies, processes, and procedures
