Job Description

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on Teleperformance's services and solutions.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, and build quick rapport and assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Polish.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and possess strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
