Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager to join our Head Office in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our company objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that supports the company's business objectives and remains competitive in the local market.
- Provide advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters.
- Design and implement effective compensation and incentive programs, flexible benefits packages, and other rewards initiatives to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and guaranteeing data accuracy across HR systems.
- Propose budget for salary review and define salary bands, propose new country reward policies in line with Group's objectives, and propose or review compensation packages.
- Support the benefits administration and flexible benefits plan, review and approve the benefits contract renewal done by broker agency, and provide annual information to Finance for annual reports.
- Support job evaluation and grading, international mobility process, and taxation management for expatriates, and ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place to ensure the accuracy and fairness of company rewards programs.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences.
- 5-8 years of experience as Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
- Spanish (mandatory).
- High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel.
- Ability to communicate with precision and transparency, skilled in communication, coaching, and training managers.
