About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Reward Manager to join our team at Alstom's Head Office in Madrid. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and remains competitive in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR staff to provide advisory support on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Design and implement effective compensation and incentive programs, flexible benefits packages, and other rewards initiatives.
  • Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Propose budgets for salary reviews and define salary bands, as well as propose new country reward policies in line with Group objectives.
  • Review and approve compensation packages, including promotions and progressions, and support benefits administration and flexible benefits plans.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on compensation and benefits trends to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences, with a master's degree in Human Resources being an asset.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with high analytical competencies and skilled in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate with precision and transparency, and skilled to coach and train managers.
