About the Role

The Total Reward Manager EMEA will support the total rewards agenda across Straumann Group's EMEA region, which represents about 50% in overall company Net sales. The business operates in 27 countries, covering Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing across all franchises of the Straumann Group business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Drive effective implementation and communication of total reward programs and processes such as annual compensation review, short- and long-term incentive plans, budget - ensuring Regional People & Culture community are sufficiently informed and equipped to support the business
  2. Drive position evaluation and compensation benchmarking activities relating to recruitment, promotion, re-org, and ranging from survey participation to delivering fair and competitive benchmark data
  3. Support implementation and monitoring of Pay Equity and Pay Transparency philosophy
  4. Act as a total reward subject matter expert for the region by monitoring external trends and best practices
  5. Support ad-hoc initiatives & projects as well as international mobility activities

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, HRM, or similar, with 3-5 years of tactical and operational experience in total rewards with a regional scope (EMEA or sub-region within EMEA). Experience working in a multinational organization with multiple lines of business spanning the full value chain is essential. Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to build a story based on data and internal/external contexts are required. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, with any other language spoken in the EMEA region being a plus.
