Responsabilidades
  • Atención al Cliente: Brindar una atención personalizada y excepcional a nuestros huéspedes, respondiendo a sus necesidades y solicitudes de manera oportuna y eficaz.
  • Gestión de Operaciones: Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones diarias, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad y eficiencia establecidos por la empresa.
  • Colaboración con Equipo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de atención al cliente y otras áreas de la empresa para garantizar la coordinación y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
  • Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver problemas de manera efectiva, brindando soluciones creativas y eficientes a los desafíos que se presenten.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa en roles similares, con un enfoque en la atención al cliente y la gestión de operaciones.
