Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, Logistics, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for collecting market segment and customer insights to improve our product and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Be part of our organization's leadership team and help implement our overall strategy and direction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of our customers.
  • Business Development: Bring new customers to Mygwork, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rates, and do it with profitability in mind.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers.
  • Market Analysis: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Demonstrated Ability to Operate Both Strategically and Tactically in a High-Energy, Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Ownership and Deliver Results
  • Excellent Communications Skills and the Ability to Effectively Advise Senior Leadership
  • Ability to Prioritize and Demonstrate Relentless Discipline in Setting and Achieving Goals
  • Professional in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in the B2C Logistics Industry
  • Expert Use of MS Office Suite, CRM, Sales and Marketing Automation Tools, eLearning Tools
  • Experience in Working with Databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift)
