Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Manager for Home and Distribution, you will lead the sales team responsible for Home and Distribution customers in the assigned region. Your mission is to generate demand and ensure the growth of the overall Schneider Electric business in these customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team to achieve sales growth objectives

Develop and transform team members to lead the market

Coach team members in internal meetings and customer visits

Ensure deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem of the region

Report competitor activities and adapt plans accordingly

Ensure high customer satisfaction by closely following customer evolution and leveraging satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

Passion for developing a sales team to achieve sales growth objectives

Agile, flexible, and resilient to maintain momentum and motivation in a wide variety of circumstances

Willingness to take decisions in a highly autonomous manner

Commercial and people leadership experience in a technical and technological environment
