About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Inventory Manager to join our team at Affinity Monjos factory. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for creating a feasible supply plan that meets customer requirements and optimizes stock and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage co-packing operations, including cost and logistics of external co-packers and manufacturers.
  2. Develop and execute Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Replenishment strategies to ensure efficient inventory management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and inventory planning, including warehouse and transportation capacity planning.
  4. Negotiate and influence decision-making processes to achieve business objectives.
  5. Manage and influence customer relationships, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  2. Knowledge of SAP, data analysis, and inventory management.
  3. High level of English proficiency.
  4. Environmental awareness training.
  5. Knowledge of Internal Emergency Plan.
