Production Planning and Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Logistics Manager to join our team at Hyperion Materials & Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining production plans, managing logistics operations, and ensuring timely supply to external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing lead times.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain processes, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, ensure inventory integrity, and implement processes to reduce lead times and improve delivery security.
- Procurement: Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Performance Reporting: Produce regular performance reports on production planning, logistics, and inventory management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial company, with advanced knowledge of MRP IT and experience with ERP systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Language: Fluent in English, with advanced language skills.
