Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Planning
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and minimize lead times.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Inventory Management
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Implement inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Performance Reporting
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to track key metrics, such as safety, quality, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics and production planning professionals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial company.
  • Advanced knowledge of MRP systems.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
