About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Inventory Manager to join our team at Affinity Monjos factory. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for creating a feasible supply plan that meets customer requirements and optimizes stock and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage co-packing operations, including cost and logistics of external co-packers and manufacturers.
- Develop and execute Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Replenishment strategies to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and inventory levels, and negotiate with suppliers to meet customer demands.
- Manage customer relationships, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and lead time management.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools.
