Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our European idle fleet inventory and redeployment performance analytics. This role will be responsible for driving compliance, quality/accuracy, and automation for our redeployment inventory, ensuring a single source of truth for planning cycles, downstream deployment operations, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change towards standardized and centralized reporting at VIN level, aligning metrics with worldwide fleet reporting tools.
- Work with Central Operations and Finance partners to monitor actual vs planned recurring and non-recurring costs of vehicles within the redeployment cycle.
- Directly impact key metrics related to on-time deployment/collections, Turn Around Time, quality escalations, customer satisfaction, and cost deviations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to have a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization, working backwards from an ambitious North Star to deliver the right vehicle, at the right condition, at the right time, to the right DSP. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving compliance, quality/accuracy, and automation for our redeployment inventory, ensuring a single source of truth for planning cycles, downstream deployment operations, and cost control.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a data savvy mindset, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in supply chain management, fleet optimization, and data analytics is highly desirable.
