Solutions Decisions is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a multinational client in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning, supply chain management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and optimized inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce inventory costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience with SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tools.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software.
