Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and polite responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage pre-sale, sales, and after-sales queries, including shipping, returns, and payments settlements
- Support clients with website functionalities and maintain service and product knowledge
- Strengthen client relationships by offering personalized customer experiences
- Invite clients to offline events and assist VIP/VVIP clients through a dedicated line
- Act as a brand voice on social media platforms and interact with the community in a manner that reflects our brand voice and engagement strategy
- Proficient or bilingual in Italian and advanced level of English, with Spanish as a plus
- Proven expertise in client service with Luxury and Beauty brands, preferably Skincare
- Passionate about skincare philosophy and proven expertise in E-commerce client service
- Proven expertise in social media channels and emotional communication
- 39 hours/week contract with rotative schedule from Monday to Friday
- Salary of 18,400 euros gross/year, plus up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus
- Central location in Barcelona and bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities
