Oatly Ab, a pioneering food company based in Sweden, is looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join its team. As a pioneer in the oat drink market, we are dedicated to making it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without harming the planet.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for sustainability and sales operations to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer support skills, as well as experience working within sales operations, admin, or supply chain. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team and System Support: Provide direct contact with clients, resolve or escalate sales issues to maintain momentum, and collaborate across teams for smooth communication and shared goals.
2. Client Operations: Follow up with sales managed by Key Account Managers, maintain long-lasting relationships with e-commerce clients, and coordinate point of sales activities.
3. Analytics and Metrics Focus: Monitor local team metrics, share insights to drive productivity, report analysis, and generate ad-hoc reports.
4. Additional Duties: Assist with merchandise handling, including shipment receiving and processing procedures.

Requirements:
- Effective communication, negotiation, and customer support skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse responsibilities (administrative and commercial)
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Junior experience working within sales operations, admin, or supply chain
- Microsoft Office or similar (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and probably dreamt it)

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
