Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in Madrid. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will contact provided leads to sell our solution and help them manage their food waste, turning their leftovers into profit and potential new clients.
Responsibilities
- Contacting provided leads to sell our solution and help them manage their food waste
- Setting up calls with decision makers from restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. to pitch our marketplace
- Convincing them to join Too Good To Go and use our app as a final solution to their food waste
Negotiation and Persuasion
You will be responsible for educating and empowering stores that you have reached out to join us at Too Good To Go and fight food waste together.
Requirements
- Resilience: You understand that in order to get a yes, you'll have to get another 30 no's.
- Sales skills: You will be negotiating and persuading stores to join our platform.

This role will be based in our Madrid office and your journey promises to be exciting as you will be part of changing the conversation around food waste and establishing the Too Good To Go brand in the minds of customers and food businesses.
Your Mission
You will make a direct, positive contribution to our mission every day by helping businesses manage their food waste and turning their leftovers into profit and potential new clients.

- An estimated salary of approximately €25,000 - €35,000 per year

How You Will Succeed
You will succeed in this role if you are self-motivated, resilient, and have excellent sales skills. You will be an expert in converting and developing partnerships and will optimise new sales processes, sales coaching, data analysis and find synergies with other teams.
