About Connextk:

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Coordination:
    - Arrange and manage travel itineraries for the CEO and leadership team, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
    - Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and efficient.
  2. Event Planning:
    - Organize company offsites and other events, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly to create memorable and effective events.
  3. Personal Assistance:
    - Assist the CEO and leadership team with various tasks as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
    - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Communications and Calendar Management:
    - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    - Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
    - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  5. Operational Support:
    - Assist the team with various operational tasks and questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
    - Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a fast-paced, startup or small company environment.
  2. Experience with travel booking systems and tools.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
