The Position

The Executive Assistant to CEO will be the right-hand person to our CEO, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

You will be a key liaison between the executive team, the board of directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications to ensure the CEO's time is used efficiently.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support office operations, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
  • Lead special projects as assigned, ranging from event planning to process improvements.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including managing itineraries and transportation.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands to enable the CEO to focus on strategic responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, B2B, or startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Native English with excellent communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
