As a key member of the LOEWE team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The Wholesale Business Performance Manager will be responsible for driving business performance and transformation initiatives across Wholesale and E-Concession businesses.

The role will involve working closely with the Wholesale Director and Finance Team to define strategic plans, annual objectives, and budgets. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven performance monitoring and reporting across departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Wholesale Director and Finance Team in defining strategic plans and budgets
  • Developing and maintaining data-driven performance monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinating processes and initiatives across Wholesale areas and the wider organization
  • Managing a junior team member and intern, ensuring effective task allocation and prioritization
  • Supporting yearly budget creation, monthly financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Monitoring invoicing targets, managing risks, and collaborating with Finance on risk control
  • Overseeing sales data management, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing insights for performance tracking
  • Conducting sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and assisting teams in implementing action plans
  • Govern systems workflows, providing operational support, and overseeing reconciliation processes
  • Preparing for and supporting buying sessions, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and final order processing
  • Supporting retroplanning definition of order process upload and order confirmation sending
  • Defining and implementing the yearly roadmap for Wholesale projects, establishing priorities and business cases
  • Acting as the liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery of goals
