Strategic Wholesale Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Wholesale Account Manager to join our team at AWWG. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on leading European online wholesale platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive wholesale strategies tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and protect brand equity.
- Collaborate with platform teams to resolve issues and explore strategic opportunities for growth.
- Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze sales data and present insights, identifying areas of opportunity and proposing actions for product assortment optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on new features and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive revenue and sustainable growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in managing and trading fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces such as Amazon or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of business analytics tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Experience with Wholesale tools is a plus (QuickSight, Retail Center, Performance Insights).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analytics and compliance with Wholesale guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes great international working conditions, an exciting role on a strategic department, and discounts on our brands.
