Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Digital Key Account Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the performance of two leading European 3rd party platforms, acting as the primary point of contact. The successful candidate will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, protect brand equity, optimize product performance, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive wholesale strategies tailored to each brand, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with platforms to resolve issues, explore strategic opportunities, and stay up-to-date on new features and initiatives.
- Partner with Marketplace and Marketing teams to analyze weekly sales, present key learnings, areas of opportunity, and proposed actions for assortments.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team and with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in managing and trading on fashion or beauty brands on European online wholesale/marketplaces like Amazon or similar platforms.
- Experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle is a plus.
- Knowledge of business analytics tools, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytics skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in analytics and compliance with wholesale guidelines.
The estimated salary for this position is €55,000-€70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
