Strategic Omnichannel Marketing Lead

We have a rapidly expanding team of over 500 highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts working together across 8 offices: Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Vynnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to lead Omnichannel projects or the Omnichannel section of projects within a cross-functional team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on all aspects of Omnichannel and digital marketing.
Your primary duties will include:
- Leveraging your expertise to consult and advise on Omnichannel and digital marketing strategies.
- Leading Omnichannel projects or sections of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Helping colleagues develop proposals for clients.
- Working within Marketing Automation platforms and similar tools to design and construct Customer Journeys.
- Building, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborating with Campaign managers to streamline workflow and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintaining vigilance over marketing campaigns to detect bugs and errors promptly.
- Preparation of initial reports detailing campaign results.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing.
- Expertise in other communication channels, including SMS, messengers, webinars, etc.
- Experience working with enterprise-level Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or similar).
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and services integration (API, databases).
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
- A proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn and develop.
- The ability to work collaboratively and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- A high level of autonomy in project work.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
